Small but Mighty Heart

This piece is the corner stone of my series.  To me, it calls across a stormy childhood and lights a path of resilience and compassion.  My heart was the most powerful aspect of my childhood, and the life lessons learned from here are deeply etched and beautifully vivid.

 

However underestimated, empathy is a powerful force.
